    As promised from Episode 7, here is a screen shot of the controversial marketing related to Buy.com and WebLoyalty. The screen shot demonstrates how complex and convoluted these advertisements and websites can be. Adam Sarner, a marketing analyst for research firm Gartner, said “customers shouldn’t be complaining about being tricked into accepting your offer. Obviously, companies that bury terms in fine print or get (credit card information from someone other than the customer) already know consumers don’t want their products.” The wavesoftech crew has now canceled all Buy.com and Orbitz.com accounts because of these third party influences.
